With the growing demand for high-end rug cleaning, we opened our dedicated rug wash facility in Elstree. Purpose-built and equipped with advanced rug-washing machinery, it enables us to provide a level of care and cleaning that goes far beyond what can be achieved with in-home rug cleaning. This controlled environment allows us to tailor the process to each rug, ensuring deeper cleaning while protecting delicate fibres and dyes.
Through extensive training and a strong commitment to quality, we are proud to be recognised as an accredited member of the Woolsafe Organisation. This accreditation confirms that our cleaning products, techniques, and processes are independently tested and approved as safe and effective for wool and other delicate fibres. It reflects our dedication to caring for rugs correctly, protecting both their beauty and longevity, and giving our clients confidence that their rugs are in expert hands from inspection and cleaning through to drying and delivery.

Lucian, a seasoned cleaning technician with 3 years of experience, has also completed multiple specialist cleaning qualifications, including the prestigious NCCA accreditation.
